saving sequence

According to the order characteristics of sequence data, a novel Segment Feature List is developed for saving segment information. In the algorithm, time series can be segmented effectively with one scan of the database and the time complexity is O ( n).

该算法利用数据序列的有序性特征，构造了一种存储划分特征的链表结构，一次扫描数据库完成数据序列的在线划分，时间复杂度为O（n）。

This thesis also used analytical hierarchy process to evaluate the main factors which influenced technological diffusion of water-saving agriculture and confirmed influential factors important sequence of technological diffusion of water-saving agriculture, including natural environment, social situation, farmers themselves, water-saving technology, government act.
